Then it works for a while, and then the same issues surfaces. And the only solution is unplug and replug it back in. YES - Ran the Printer/Scanner Doctor program. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting? Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer? We unplu, then plug it back in, and it scans. So we run the scan doctor, and it see a scan driver issue. It isn't until you go to scann that you notice the issue. When was the last time the printer was working fine?
